So the need to know, information to help my lovely readers get to know me.
I’m Mikala (mi-kay-luh) but I prefer the less stressful version, Mik.
- I’ve created this page for myself as I have established a reputation for throwing away journals. It was sickening to see my photos live in the cloud and my stories to slowly become less familiar in my mind.
- Spent the past 3 years as an English teacher in Shanghai, China whilst working on my master of Psychology.
- Currently living in Australia after being exiled from China after COVID struck, thinking about making Oz the new home.
- I love all music, especially tropical house, anything with a sax or that maintains the glorious vibes of the 80’s.
- English is my first language, I haven’t perfected a second but I messed around a bit with Spanish and now Mandarin Chinese. 我的中文不好 ….
